Since 2006, the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences has hosted the Teaching with Technology Symposium—Central Arkansas’ premiere conference addressing technology in teaching and learning.

The 10th annual symposium (2016) is organized by the UAMS Teaching with Technology Committee in collaboration with the UAMS System Office of Academic Affairs, Pulaski Technical College Professional Development Institute, and the UALR eLearning Division.

With presentations, panel discussions and workshops, the Symposium is a two-day forum for sharing and learning. Each year, faculty, staff, students, instructional designers, librarians, administrators, curriculum developers, educational technology support team members, and other educators learn new skills and expand their professional network at the event.

The 2017 Teaching with Technology Symposium will be held July 20-21, 2017.
